About Us
Wolfe County Health Care Center is located in the "Naturally Gorgeous" Natural Bridge/Red River Gorge area of Kentucky. Our facility participates in many local community events, such as the Swift Silver Mine Festival, and the Wolfe County Relay for Life. We also provide intergenerational activities including the "Adopt a Friend" program, with Rogers Elementary School.
Among numerous education programs offered to the staff, Wolfe County Health Care Center provides an in-house Nurse Aid training program. We have an active group of volunteers that take part in activities that range from games, spiritual services, music, and dancing. Our facility even offers an in-house chapter of the Red Hat Society - The Golden Girls.
Wolfe County Health Care Center is beautifully landscaped, and features a courtyard that provides a safe, outdoor area for residents to enjoy. Our rural country setting enhances the home-like atmosphere for our residents.
